Hi Everyone!
I'm Emily. I've never used a blog or a journal or anything like that so I'm not too good at this stuff. I'm the first generation to be born in the U.S. in my family on my moms side. My mom is from Sweden. I was going to be a piercer's apprentice before coming to Tyler. I kind of hated digital imaging for awhile. I want to be a photographer but I just got into digital photo this year I used to only work in a darkroom, so I'm interested in how to use photoshop and illustrator to play with my photo's. I want to document abandoned historical buildings around Philadelphia, but I really just like a bunch of stuff that has to do with photography. I basically grew up in Philly and its my favorite city. My parents ran a boarding house for awhile until i was about 12, so I grew up with a bunch of strangers. We rented the top four rooms in our house and shared the kitchen...I had a lot of fun growing up. I met tons of crazy people from all over the world. I want to travel when I'm done school. I have 3 siblings and they are amazing people. They all live here too and we hang out a bunch. I also hang around at this dive bar my best friend works at. I like music too and I go to shows sometimes, but most of the time Right now I'm really into this one artist Rob Dobi he has this awesome site. He's a photographer, he makes clothes and he does graphic art. The picture of the door is Rob Dobi's. For more of his art go to www.dobi.nu. The other artist I'm pretty into is Cameron Gray. Some of his work is really dark. I like his photo's best.
